Benign reküran intrahepatik kolestaz (BRİÇ), kaşıntı ile birlikte olan tekrarlayan sarılık atakları ile karakterize, nedeni belli olmayan benign natürde bir sendromdur. BRİÇ genellikle ikinci dekaddan önce başlar ve en önemli özelliği, estrahepatik safra kanalında obstrüksiyon olmaksızın çok kereler tekrarlayan kolestaz ataklarının olmasıdır. Benign natürde olup hemen hiç bir zaman siroza ilerlemez. Burada on yıllık izlem ile BRİÇ tanısı alan bir hasta sunulmaktadır.
