Abstract

In 1998-1999 academic year, 65 year old male cadaver was dissected in Gaziantep University, Medicine Faculty, Dept. of Anatomy and bilateral indirect inguinal hernia was observed in this cadaver. In the inguinal canal, there was caecum in right side and was the greater omentum in left side. It was found that caecum was adhesion to the posterior and exterior walls of the inguinal canal. For this case, the literature was examined and discussed.
