Abstract

In this study, the effectiveness of the board of directors, the perception of organizational prestige and the relationship of identification are examined. In the study, convenience sampling method was applied and the data of the study was obtained from members of an organization acting on the principle of volunteerism. Confirmatory factor analysis was applied to 3238 data obtained in the study through the AMOS 16.0 package program, and after the fit values were obtained, the basic hypotheses of the study were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that the established model was acceptable. Hypothesis findings tested by structural equality modeling showed that the relationship between perceived prestige, board effectiveness, and organizational identification variables was statistically significant.
