Abstract

ABSTRACT Today, businesses have a greater impact than just earning employment and profits. This gives an important dimension to the actions of businesses towards the environment and society. In this way, companies are not only defined as economic organizations but also as social organizations. For consumers, only the material value and quality of a product-service is not sufficient to buy it, and consumers need to look at how much the product they purchase benefits the business provides for society and what they do. In such an environment, as long as businesses continue their Social Responsibility activities, stakeholders create confidence in the business and in this way the business will gain reputation. This research, Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Public Relations, 3. and 4. grade students has been conducted to determine the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation. In this study, an X Public Bank with corporate social responsibility application was selected to determine corporate reputation. As a result, the impact of Social Responsibility activities on corporate reputation has been determined and it has been found that there is a positive relationship between these two concepts. It is important that the social responsibility activities carried out contribute to the corporate reputation and guide the future work in this regard.
