Abstract

In this study, case with lymphoma who was presented with bilateral parotitis and was considered Sjogren's sydrome (SS) at begining was presented. 42 years old woman was admitted with jaundice, itching, weight loss, and painful swelling under the jaw and back of cars. Bicytopenia, high biluribin, positive ANA, and high ESR and CRP were detected. On salivatory gland sintigraphy of the patient with negative Schirmer test, excretion of both of submandibular salivatory glands and parotid were found severely diminished. Minor salivatory gland biopsy and parotid gland biopsy were found consistent with SS. After three months, axillary lymph nodes and ascites were developed. Axillary lymph biopsy and cytological examination of ascites were performed and was found consistent with centrocytic diffuse B-cell lymphoma- Maltoma, and CHOP-R terapy was initiated.
