Abstract

Althought there are very important progress in the medical treatment of the peptic ulcus, the pathogenesis of the gastric lesion has been unclear. However, the studies examining the autonomic nerve system which has a role in the etiology of the gastric ulcus are available in the literature. The purpose of the present study is to review the literature about the effect of the autonomic nerve system on the gastric ulcer.

Özet

Peptik ülser hastalığının medikal tedavisinde önemli ilerlemeler olduğu halde, patogenezinin anlaşılmasında henüz fazla adım atılanı amıştır. Bununla birlikte sempatik ve parasempatik sinir sisteminin ülser etiyoloj isindeki önemini inceleyen çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, otonom sinir sisteminin mide ülser oluşumuna etkisini incelemek amacıyla bir literatür araştırması yapılmıştır.
