Abstract

Female genital tract is an unusual location for primary lymphoproliferative disaeses. In this study a case of non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma involving ovaries, ileum and mesentary lymph nodules is presented. All investigations were made, complete blood count and bone marrow analysis were normal. Finally, the case is accepted as primary genital lymphoma located on bilateral ovaries. This rare primary location of lymphomas is discussed in view of the literature.
