Abstract

It is expected that the neurological symptoms may be occur during the preeclampsia. Cortical blindness is a rare complication of preeclampsia and commonly reversible. In the pathogenesis of cortical blindness vasogenic edema is essential. This condition recovery with treatment of preeclampsia andanti-edema. Generally symptoms are completely improved. In this case report, we present the clinical course and computed tomography findings in a 28 years old woman with preeclampsia associated with reversible cortical blindness.
