Abstract

Hemiagenesis of the thyroid gland is a rare congenital anomaly. The left lobe was more affected than the right lobe. This rare anomaly is usually found incidentally in patients with other thyroid gland diseases. Here, we report a case of simple goiter in association with hemiagenesis of the thyroid gland.
