Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women and it is the only %1 of male malignancies. Breast cancer metastasis may occur in gastrointestinal system while a gastrointestinal system tumor may be a second primer point in a breast cancer patient. Gastrointestinal scanning is recommended in a breast cancer patient when symptoms including dyspepsia, epigastric pain, womiting, bleeding eventuate in order to exclude gatric malignancy. In this case report, we introduce you a male breast cancer patient who was also diagnosed gastric cancer as a result of investigation for high levels of carcinoembryogenic antigen altough he had no symptoms of upper gastrointestinal system problem.
