Özet
Konjenital diyafram hernisine bağlı olarak oluşan ektopik intratorasik böbrek çok nadir görülen gelişimsel bir anomalidir. Bu anomali genellikle asemptomatik seyreder ve tanı rastlantısal olarak çekilen akciğer grafisi ile konulur. Burada sağ Bochdalek hernisi ile beraber sağ intratorasik böbreği olan 16 yaşında bir kız olguyu sunuyoruz
