Abstract

The diagnosis of pulmonary Langerhans' cell histiocytosis was made by lymph node and transbronchia! lung biopsy in a 26 year old male patient with the symptoms of cough, sputum, breathlessness and weight loss. Bone lesions were de-tected by bone graphies. Literatures were reevaluated for multisystemic Langerhans' cell histiocytosis.

Özet

Nefes darlığı, öksürük, balgam, kilo kaybı yakınmaları ile başvuran 26 yaşındaki erkek hastaya lenf nodu ve transbronşiyal akciğer biyopsisi ile pulmoner Langerhans hücreli histiyositozis tanısı konuldu. Direkt kemik grafilerinde kemik lezyonları saptandı. Olgu, multisistemik Langerhans hücreli histiyositozis tanısıyla literatür bilgileri ile değerlendirildi.
