Abstract

Urinary bladder herniation into the inguinal canal is a rare occurrence. The condition is often diagnosed during inguinal hernia surgery. Preoperative Identification of the hernial content can avöid surgical bladder injuries. Here, a case of inguinal bladder herniaiton with its cystosgraphy and ultrasonography findings has been presented.

Özet

Mesanenin inguinal kanala hernisi nadiren olur. Bu durumun tanısı genellikle ingüinal herni ameliyatları sırasında konur. Cerrahi öncesi herni içeriğinin tanımlanması mesanenin ameliyat esnasında yaralanma riskini azaltabilir. Burada mesanesi ingüinal kanala herniye olan bir hastanın sistografi ve ultrasonografi bulguları sunulmuştur.
