Twenty female patients with osteoporosis and thirty healthy individuals of the same sex and age group were included. DEXA (Lunar) densitometer was used for both techniques! Özet
Bu çalışma kemik mineral yoğunluğu ölçümünde anteroposterior ve lateral dekubitus ölçüm tekniklerinin karşılaştırılması amacıyla planlanmış ve osteoporozlu 20 kadın hasta ile aynı yaş/cins grubundan 30 sağlıklı birey çalışmaya alınmıştır. DEXA (Lunar) cihazı ile anteroposterior ve lateral dekübitus omurga dansitometrik ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Hasta ve kontrol gruplarında ayrı ayrı L3. L2-L3, B3, B2-B3 kemik mineral yoğunlukları arasında yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmeler sonucunda lateral ölçüm sonuçlarının beklenenin aksine, daha hassas olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
