Koroner arter ile kalp boşlukları arasında fistül bulunması çok nadir görülür. Biz, angina pektoris kliniğiyle yatırılan bir hastada rastladığımız sol anterior descending arter Üe sol ventrikûl arasında fistül bulunan bu olgunun ilginç ol¬duğunu düşünüyoruz.
