Abstract

Muscular bridge is characterised by the epicardial coronary artery narrowing at sistol which normally fills at diastol. Most often it is determined in left anterior descending coronary artery, less often in right coronary artery and left cir­cum­flex coronary artery. We have reported a case of acute anterior myocardial infarction with muscular bridge in left circumflex coronary artery and obstructive coronary arterial disease found at angiography.

Özet

Kas bandı, diyastolde normal olarak dolan epikardiyal koroner arter lümeninin sistolde daralması ile karakterizedir. Sık­lıkla sol ön inen koroner arterde, daha az olarak da sağ koroner arter ve sol sirkumfleks koroner arterde tesbit edil­mektedir. Akut ön yüz miyokard infarktüsü ile kliniğimize yatırılan, anjiyografide tıkayıcı koroner arter hastalığı ile birlikte sol sirkumfleks koroner arterde kas bandı olan olguyu rapor ettik.
