Abstract

All coronary artery anomalies present in %1 of the patients who have undergone angiography. The most frequent coronary artery anomaly is of circumflex coronary artery with abnormal origin. Beyond this coronary atherosclerosis may exist at these abnormal coronary arteries in these patients at the same time. There may be co-incidental cardiac abnormalities with circumflex coronary artery that arise from right aortic sinus. We report two patients in whose the circumflex coronary artery arose anomalously from the right aortic sinus. First patient had dual left anterior descending coronary artery and coronary atherosclerosis, and second patient had coronary ectasia and dual left anterior descending coronary artery.
