Abstract

Conventional coronary angiography provides limited information to decide revascularization in case of intermediate degree coronary artery stenosis. Fractional flow reserve is a test which is used for assessment of physiological significance of intermediate degree stenosis. This review includes the logic, application and clinical value of fractional flow reserve.
