Abstract

Radiofrequency catheter ablation is a highly effective in the management of accessory pathways. The conventional technique requires the introduction of several catheters for assessment of electrophysiological parameters, localization of accessory pathways and ablation. This increases cost and time of radiation exposure. In this report; we present a patient with Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome due to left sided two accessory pathways treated by catheter ablation with single catheter approach.
