The Wellens sign is known as the ischemic reflection of critical coronary artery disease on the electrocardiography Diagnosis might be confirmed by coronary angiography. In this case, we present a patient with Wellens sign on electrocardiography because of coronary slow flow pattern, unlike severe coronary artery lesion.

Özet

Wellens işareti ciddi koroner arter hastalığının elektrokardiyografideki iskemik yansıması olarak bilinir. Tanının kesinleştirilmesi koroner anjiyografi ile mümkündür. Bu olguda ciddi koroner arter lezyonunun aksine koroner yavaş akım paterni nedeni ile elektrokardiyografide Wellens işareti gözlenen bir hasta sunulacaktır.
