Metastatic orbital tumors represent a small proportion of orbital masses. They usually present with gradual progressive proptosis, diplopia and decrased visual acuity in the elder age. Diagnosis is comfirmed with biopsy. In patients with prior history of cancer primary source of metastasis is evident. Cases with initial diagnosis of orbital tumor with unknown pri- mary source are more challenging and may face with delay in diagnosis and treatment. This report describes a patient with no known history of malignancy who presented with globe dis- placement, diplopia, redness and ocular discharge. Metastatik orbita tümörleri tüm orbita tümörlerinin az bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Daha çok ileri yaşlarda görülmekte ve yavaş gelişen proptozis, çift görme ve görme keskinliğinde azalma ile kendini göstermektedir. Kesin tanı biyopsi ile konulmaktadır.
