Özet

Çalışmamız Ankara Mesleki Rehabilitasyon Merkezinde yapılmıştır. Çeşitli özür gruplarından 150 özürlü değerlendirmeye alınmış, yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda bu merkezde açılan gümüş, seramik, trikotaj ve konfeksiyon iş kurslarının her birine 15 özürlü seçilmiştir. Seçilen özürlülere genel rehabilitasyon programı yanında işe yönelik becerileri artırmak için eğitim uygulanmıştır. Kurs öncesi ve kurs sonrası elde edilen değerlendirme sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve Fizik Tedavi-Rehabilitasyon Programının iş kurslarındaki başarıyı artırdığı, çalışma kapasitesi üzerine de olumlu etki yaptığı ve iş verimliliğini artırdığı sonucuna varılmıştır.
