Abstract
Isolated renal hydatic cysts without lung or liver infestation are very rare. They may present with various clinical findings ranging from asymptomatic clinical course to total renal function loss. Three cases have been presented and discussed for diagnostic and therapeutic points of views.

Hepatik ve pulmoner tutulum olmaksızın, kist hidatiğin böbrek yerleşimi oldukça nadirdir. Diğer idrar yolu hastalıkları belirtileri olmaksızın, böbrek fonksiyon kaybına kadar değişken klinik tablolar oluştururlar. Tanı koyma sorunlarını paylaşmak ve tartışmak amacıyla kliniğimizde tedavi edilen 3 izole böbrek kist hidatik olgusu sunuldu
