Abstract

Adult-onset Still’s disease is a rare inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. The main features of disease are high fever, rash, polyarthralgia and lymphadenopathy. Fever is an uncommon finding and rarely presented during the course of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and sponyloarthropathy (SpA). Only a few cases have been presented so far. In our case, a 24- year- old male patient was evaluated with detailed anamnesis, clinical and radiological findings. We report a patient with known diagnosis of AS who also fulfilled diagnostic criteria of adult-onset Still’s disease.

Özet

Erişkin Başlangıçlı Still Hastalığı (EBSH), etiyolojisi bilinmeyen nadir bir enflamatuvar hastalıktır.
