Abstract

Medial subtalar dislocations are rare injuries. A 35 year old male patient with medial subtalar dislocation was treated with closed reduction without anesthesia and below knee cast fixation for four weeks. At the end of the four year follow up the ankle-hind foot score was 100 according to American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society clinical rating system.

Özet

Medial subtalar çıkıklar nadir görülen yaralanmalardır. 35 yaşında erkek hastada medial subtalar çıkık tespit edildi, çıkık anestezi verilmeden redükte edildi ve kısa bacak alçı ile 4 hafta tedavi edildi. Hastanın 4 yıl sonunda yapılan kontrollerinde Amerikan Ayak- Ayak Bileği Derneği’nin ayak bileği arka ayak klinik değerlendirme skalasına göre puanı 100 bulundu.
