Abstract

This research is carried out to reveal a meaningful relations between workaho- lism and work-family conflict. In this context, in which the behavior characteristic of workaholics workaholism default ratings of doctors or family-work conflict and work-family tried to determine whether they had experienced. In the present research, survey that focused on the doctors who work in the he- alth institutions. In the view of "Structural Equation Modeling" factor analysis, regression and correlation analyzes are applied on the datas obtained through survey. In this analysis AMOS 18.0 is used. Moreover, to determine the differen- ces asserted in the hypothesis SPSS analysis program, t-test and ANOVA analy- zes are applied. According to the findings, the sufficient findings can not obtained to conclude that the doctors who constitiute the sample are workaholic. In the other hand, as a result of analysis achieved by structural equation modeling, the meaningful fin- dings are obtained related the relations between workaholism and work-family conflict. According to these results, the positive and negative relations are de- termined between workaholism and work-family conflict. Furthermore, it can be supposed that there is a conflict in workaholics’ work and family life. The findings support the hypothesis supposed in the theoretical part of this rese- arch and are compatible with the previous research results.
