Abstract
Recently, there has been a great attention on Blueberry fruit in Turkey. But, it needs more pratical and easier methods because of the high charges both in production and sales. The study was carried out in the greenhouse of Agriculture and Nature Faculty, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, Pazar, Rize between the years 2013-2015. 10 different blueberry type (Nordlan) were used and Spartan was stand out from the others. The different doses of IBA, IAA, and GA3 were tested on Spartan in the beginnig. After this the suitable dose were tested on the different types. The rooting ratio, root quality and the other features of the plants produced with cuttings were observed. The results shows that blueberry plants can be produced succesfully with cuttings by using suitable hormone dose
Özet
Maviyemiş (Vacciniumcorymbosum L.) son yıllarda ülkemizde giderek ilgisi artan meyvelerin arasında yer almaktadır. Ancak, fidan üretimi ve satışında fidan fiyatları nedeniyle daha kolay ve pratik uygulanabilir yöntemlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Yürütülen bu araştırma da Rize İli Pazar İlçesi’nde Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi Ziraat ve Doğa Bilimleri Fakültesi köklendirme serasında 2013 – 2015 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Bitkisel materyal olarak 10 Farklı Maviyemiş çeşidi (Nortland, kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan bu çeşitlerden üretim yönünden öne çıkan Spartan çeşidinde öncelikle IBA, IAA, GA3 farklı dozları denenmiştir. Ardından en uygun doz olarak farklı çeşitlerde uygulaması yapılmıştır. Çelikten üretilen fidanların köklenme oranı, kök kalitesi ve kök ile ilgili diğer özelliklere yönelik ölçümler ve gözlemler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, elde edilen sonuçlar maviyemiş fidan üretiminde uygun hormon dozları ile çelikle üretimin başarılı şekilde yapılabileceğini göstermektedir .
