Abstract

Attachment styles refer to the emotional attachment and relationship building styles of individuals, and these styles are also reflected in their adult relationships. Communication, on the other hand, is a tool used by people to get along with each other, express their feelings and interact. There is a strong relationship between attachment styles and communication, and a person's attachment style has a direct impact on the way of communication. In this review, after examining the concepts of attachment and communication skills separately by reviewing the relevant literature, attachment styles in early childhood and later attachment styles in adulthood are explained and finally how attachment styles affect communication is emphasized.

Özet

Bağlanma stilleri, kişilerin duygusal bağlanma ve ilişki kurma biçimlerini ifade eder. Bu stiller kişilerin yetişkinlikteki ilişkilerine de yansır. İletişim ise insanların birbirleriyle anlaşması, duygularını ifade etmesi ve etkileşimde bulunması için kullanılan bir araçtır. Bağlanma stilleri ile iletişim arasında güçlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Kişinin bağlanma stilinin iletişim şekline doğrudan etkisi vardır. Bu derlemede ilgili literatür taramaları yapılarak bağlanma ve iletişim becerileri kavramları ayrı ayrı ele alındı. Erken çocukluktaki bağlanma stilleri ve ardından yetişkinlik döneminde bağlanma stillerinin ardından bağlanma stillerin iletişimi nasıl etkilediği çalışmada vurgulanmıştır.
