Abstract

In this study, we conducted a spectral and photometric analysis of the membership of the open star clusters UPK 45 and UPK 185, as presented in the UPK (Ulsan Pusan Korea) catalog. The age, distance, and reddening of the memberships and clusters were determined using Gaia DR3 astrometric data. The effective temperature ($T_{\rm eff}$), surface gravitational acceleration (logg), and average metallicity ([Fe/H]) values of the member stars of UPK 45 and UPK 185 were obtained using the Large Sky Area Multi- Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST) DR9 spectral data and compared with the Gaia results. The cluster member stars were analyzed as variable stars using Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS) data and classified according to their variable types.
