Abstract
Determining the problems originating from the use of artificial intelligence in the field of communication is important for the development of awareness of individuals and institutions and for the faster production of solutions. The study seeks an answer to the question of how problems and solution proposals are addressed in the field of communication and artificial intelligence. The factors related to the situation were addressed holistically using a case study design. The data were examined with the content analysis method. The findings obtained in the study are gathered around two main themes. One of the main themes was determined as Problems and the other as Solution Proposals. Under the main theme of Problems, Information pollution and ethical risks and Communication and negative reflections on the communication profession emerged as sub-themes. The main theme of Solution Proposals is the sub-theme of Human control, legal regulations and inspections. In the findings, it was determined that there is a perspective that information pollution and ethical problems arise with the use of artificial intelligence, and that it creates a problematic structure for individuals or institutions. In addition, there is a direction that focuses on negative reflections and solution proposals in terms of society and the communication profession. As a result, despite the problems that emerged with the spread of artificial intelligence systems in the field of communication, artificial intelligence systems that contribute to the field of communication continue to develop by creating their own order. Problem areas should not be ignored and appropriate solutions should be produced.

İletişim alanındaki yapay zekâ kullanımından kaynaklı sorunların belirlenmesi bireylerin ve kurumların farkındalığının gelişmesi ve çözüm yolarının daha hızlı bir şekilde üretilebilmesi adına önemlidir. Çalışmada iletişim ve yapay zekâ konusunda sorunların ve çözüm önerilerinin nasıl ele aldığı sorusuna cevap aranmaktadır. Araştırmada durum çalışması deseni kullanılarak duruma ilişkin etkenler bütüncül olarak ele alınmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular iki ana tema etrafında toplanmaktadır. Ana temalardan biri Sorunlar diğeri ise Çözüm Önerileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Sorunlar ana teması altında Bilgi kirliliği ve etik riskler ve İletişim ve iletişim mesleğine olumsuz yansımalar alt temalar olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Çözüm Önerileri ana temasında İnsan kontrolü, yasal düzenlemeler ve denetlemeler alt temasıdır. Bulgularda yapay zekanın kullanımıyla birlikte bilgi kirliliği ve etik sorunların baş gösterdiği, birey veya kurumlar için sorunlu bir yapıyı ortaya çıkardığı yönünde bir bakış açının olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca toplumsal açıdan ve iletişim mesleğine olumsuz yansımalar ve çözüm önerileri üzerine odaklanan bir yönü bulunmaktadır. Sonuç olarak yapay zekâ sistemlerinin iletişim alanında yaygınlaşmaya başlamasıyla ortaya çıkan sorunlara rağmen iletişim alanına katkıda bulunan yapay zekâ sistemleri kendine ait bir düzen oluşturarak gelişimine devam etmektedir. Sorunlu alanların görmezden gelinmemesi ve uygun çözümlerin üretilmesi gerekmektedir.
