Abstract

Experience is an increasingly important concept for both customers and businesses today. Beyond offering products, providing consumers with experiences and obtaining value from experiences play an essential role in gaining customer loyalty. In this study, the apparel sector is analyzed to investigate the effect of experiential value elements on customer loyalty. The research analysis examined the effect of experiential value elements on customer loyalty. When the analysis results were evaluated, it was determined that self-value, and enjoyment value had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and functional value had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The effect of service value and material value on customer loyalty was found to be statistically insignificant. Escape value has a negative effect on customer loyalty.
