Abstract

In today's industrial dynamics, the integration of technological advances with human-centered approaches necessitates the development of sustainable, flexible and personalized solutions in production processes. Industry 5.0 represents a new industrial revolution that integrates technological innovations with human-centered technological innovations and includes sustainable and personalized production data. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to examine the theoretical foundations of the Industry 5.0 concept, its main components and its effects on production processes. This study was carried out using a literature-based systematic analysis method based on secondary sources from qualitative research methods, and the theoretical foundations, basic components and production ranges of Industry 5.0 theory were examined. The findings reveal the effects of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, internet of things and human-machine collaboration on economic and social transformation. The research results show that the Industry 5.0 concept plays an important role not only in increasing production efficiency, but also in restructuring the workforce, adapting educational processes and achieving sustainable development. These findings provide guiding recommendations for research and policy programs and reveal that the development and diffusion of the Industry 5.0 concept is accelerating in the process of global economic integration.
