Abstract
This research was carried out with aiming to determine yield and some quality parameters of 13 durum wheat genotypes (4 varieties and 9 lines) in the growing period of 2007-2008 and 2008- 2009 under rainfed conditions in Konya and Çumra location in randomized complete block design with 4 replicates. Genotype, environment and genotype x environment interaction influence yield and quality traits. It has been observed that the characteristics of line and varieties are significantly affected by conditions of environment. Bu araştırma, 2007-2008 ve 2008-2009 yetiştirme periyodunda 13 makarnalık buğday genotipinin ( 4 çeşit ve 9 hat ) verim ve bazı kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla Konya ve Çumra lokasyonlarında kuru şartlarda tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Verim ve kalite özellikleri; genotip, çevre ve genotip x çevre interaksiyonundan etkilenmektedir. Araştırmada çeşit ve hatların incelenen özelliklerinin çevre şartlarından önemli derecede etkilendikleri görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre genotiplerin iki yıl ve dört çevredeki tane verimi 266.06-329.47 kg/da, bin tane ağırlığı 30.31-37.88 g, hektolitre ağırlığı 74.37-74.95 kg/lt, protein oranı % 14.51-16.21, mini SDS sedimantasyon 5.18-7.93 ml ve irmik rengi (b) değeri 17.11-22.40 arasında değişmiştir. Verim ve kalite özellikleri arasındaki ilişkilerin çevrelere göre değiştiği tespit edilmiştir.
