Abstract

Beans on the intensive cultivation of indigenous Rhizobium population in the region of Konya province Çumra be determined with the aim of this study, the different fields of beans and bean plants, soil samples were taken from the root zone. Physical and chemical analysis of soil samples to determine the natural population of Rhizobium in soil samples Rhizobium have been tallied. The roots of bean plants grown in the region Çumra region Rhizobium in soil samples taken from the census was carried out according to Koch's method. Rhizobium values examined were found between 6-52x104/10 g soil Rhizobium in the soil between the soil properties and was a significant correlation with soil properties, and this relationship has changed. Indeed, taken from different places of work are the subject of a large number of Rhizobium in the soil varies. The reason for this, tillage, fertilizer applied to land (particularly nitrogenous fertilizers), agricultural irrigation practices, such as changes in soil properties caused
