İnflamatuar fibroid polipler (Vanek tümörü) gastrointestinal sistemin nadir görülen benign polipoid lezyonlarıdır. Sıklıkla mide yerleşimli olmakla birlikte tüm gastrointestinal sistemde görülebilirler. Klinik bulguları ve tedavi seçenekleri lezyonun lokalizasyonuna ve boyutuna göre değişmektedir. 60 ve 53 yaşlarındaki erkek hastalar acil servise karın ağrısı şikayeti ile başvurdular. Radyolojik incelemelerinde ince barsakta kitle saptanan hastalar cerrahi olarak tedavi edildiler.
