Abstract The purpose of this study was to graduate international students studying at the University of Ankara to try to identify the views of the university. Study is a descriptive survey study. Although the university students' views on the findings of the study, mostly positive, some negative opinions sizes are also visible. Özet
Öz Bu araştırmanın amacı, Ankara Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören lisansüstü lisansüstü öğrencilerin üniversitenin akademik iklimine, akademik süreçlere, fiziksel ortama ve üniversitenin akademik niteliğine ilişkin görüşlerini saptamaktır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2010-2011 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören uluslararası lisansüstü öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma evreninden "uygun örnekleme yöntemi" ile seçilen 119 öğrenci, araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri SPSS programı ile frekans ve yüzde hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; öğrencilerin akademik yaşantı alt boyutlarına göre olumlu bulma derecesi farklılaşmaktadır. Alt boyutların genelinde, grubun yargısı olumludur. Grup, öğretim elemanlarına yönelik "ilgi", "yardım" ve "iletişim" ile "yeterli materyal kullanma, "etkili öğretim yöntemlerini kullanma,"adil ve tarafsız değerlendirme" konularında olumsuz yargılara sahiptir. Üniversitenin; kütüphane" ve "bilgisayar, fotokopi, internet, vb. destek hizmetleri sayı ve hizmetin sürekliliği" açısından yetersiz olduğu, "mesleki gelişim" ve "eğitimin niteliği" konularında ise olumsuz algı içerisinde oldukları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
