Abstract

In this study, comparisons of 3-D numerical simulations of stringer/ring/ orthogonally stiffened laminated cylindrical shells are presented using two different finite element codes. The three dimensional simulation models were developed by previously developed finite element code COMPAN and commercial FE code ANSYS in the consideration of the comparison of results.
