Özet

Hadislerin, Kur’an’ın beyânı olduğu ve bu bağlamda, Allah tarafından ifade buyurulmuş bazıhususların Hz. Peygamber tarafından mücmelin tafsili, mutlakın takyîdi ve umûmun tahsisişeklinde açıklandığı bilinmektedir. Her ne kadar hadislerin böyle bir yönü olsa damuhtevalarında açıklanması gerekenlerin olduğu bir gerçektir. Bunları en doğru şekildeaçıklayacak olan kişi hiç şüphesiz o sözlerin sahibidir. Daha sonra onları kendisinden dinleyenve uygulamasına şahit olan sahâbîlerdir. Hz. Peygamber, insanlara hitap ederken bilgiseviyelerini dikkate almış, bazen çok veciz konuşurken bazen de söylediklerini açıklamaihtiyacı hissetmiştir. Bu çalışmada Hz. Peygamber’in bazı hadislerinin, diğerlerinin açıklamasımahiyetinde olduğu, bu şekildeki hadisleri doğru anlamak için onları birlikte değerlendirmekgerektiği örneklerle ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

It is known that the Qur'an are explained by the hadiths and some things expressed by Allah are explained by the Prophet. It is a fact that hadiths have such a direction, but it is a fact that there is something to be revealed within them. The one who will explain them in the most correct way is certainly the owner of those says. The Prophet has taken into consideration the level of knowledge when addressing people. He sometimes spoke very self, sometimes explaining what he said.In this study, some hadiths of the Prophet were tried to be explained with the examples that their values were to be explained, and that they had to be evaluated together to correctly understand these hadiths.
