Bu çalışmada kutanöz leishmaniasis infeksiyonunda immünolojik bir marker olarak MİF'in olası rolü araştırılmıştır. 20 akut kutanöz leishmaniasisli (KL) olgu ve 20 sağlıklı kişinin serum örneklerinde sandviç ELISA yöntemi ile MİF düzeyi ölçülmüştür. In this study,, the possible role of MIF as an immunologic marker in cutaneous leishmaniasis was evaluated.
