Abstract

In this study,, the possible role of MIF as an immunologic marker in cutaneous leishmaniasis was evaluated. Bu çalışmada kutanöz leishmaniasis infeksiyonunda immünolojik bir marker olarak MİF'in olası rolü araştırılmıştır. 20 akut kutanöz leishmaniasisli (KL) olgu ve 20 sağlıklı kişinin serum örneklerinde sandviç ELISA yöntemi ile MİF düzeyi ölçülmüştür. Kontrol grubunda MİF değerleri 3,50 + 7,07 ng/ml, CL hasta grubunda ise 69,05 ± 149,48 ng/ml bulunmuştur Kontrol ve olgu grupları arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p
