Özet
Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim II. kademe öğrencilerinin Fen ve Teknoloji dersinde verilen ödevler hakkındaki görüşlerini sınıf seviyeleri ve cinsiyet değişkenlerine göre tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Betimsel bir çalışma olup, tarama modeli kullanılmıştır ve ilköğretim II. kademe öğrencileri ile 2010-2011 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya 99 öğrenci katılmıştır (Kız, n = 54 ve Erkek, n = 45; 6. Sınıf = 39, 7. Sınıf = 31, 8. Sınıf = 29). Veri analizi, SPSS paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Bunun için bağımsız gruplar için t-testi, one-way anova ve frekans dağılım analizleri yapılmıştır. İstatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre; kız ve erkek öğrencilerin Fen ve Teknoloji dersinde verilen ödevlere yönelik görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık var iken $(t_{97}$ = 3.58, p = 0.001 0.05). Öğrencilerin ödevlere yönelik görüşleri cinsiyete göre değişirken, sınıf seviyelerine göre değişmemektedir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen bulgular mevcut durumu tespit etme ve tedbirler alma açısından katkı sağlayabilir.
Abstract
The aim of this study was the investigation of the effects of grade levels and sexuality on the students perceptions about the assignments in Science and Technology course. Survey method was used in this study. It was performed in the fall term of 2010-2011 academic year with the second level students (Girl, n = 54 and Boy, n = 45; 6th grade = 39, 7th grade = 31, 8th grade = 29). The data has been analyzed by SPSS package program. The analysis of the data was performed through t-test for independent groups and one-way anova. At the end of the study,it was found that there was a significant difference favoring the girl students between girl and boy students perceptions about the assignments $(t_{97}$ = 3.58, p = 0.001 0.05). The findings of this study to identify the current situation and take measures can contribute to.
