Özet

Divan şiirinde, şairin duygu ve düşüncelerini anlam ve biçim yönünden destekleyen, dile getirilen düşünceyi işitsel ve görsel açıdan çağrıştıran aynı zamanda bir ritim sağlayan çeşitli unsurlar bulunmaktadır. Bu ritmik unsurlardan biri de Osmanlı Türkçesinde sıkça kullanılan atıf vavı’nın (vav-ı atfî) tekrarıyla oluştu- rulan atıf terkipleridir. Şiirde yerine göre “u, ü, vü” şeklinde okunan bu bağlaçla bir araya getirilmiş kelime dizilerinde, bağlacın oluşturduğu duraksamalar ve iniş çıkışlar bir ritim temin etmektedir. Aynı zamanda bu yapı içerisinde sıralanan kelimeler beytin odak noktası olan kavramların ses ve anlam tabakasına çağrışım yapmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu söz dizimsel yapı; ses, söz ve anlam düzenini şekillendiren önemli bir rol üst- lenmektedir.

Abstract

In Classical Turkish Poetry, there are elements supporting poet’s feelings and ideas in terms of meaning and shape, connotating the idea expressed in auditory and visual ways and at the same time creating a rhythm. One of these rhythmic elements is the structure provided by repetition of attribution vav (vav-ı atfî) which is used in Ottoman Turkish so often. In word strings which are joined with this conjunction read as “u, ü, vu, vü” according to its place in poem, stops and rise-falls brought by conjunction provide a rhythm. Together with this, words ranged in this structure evoke to the level of meaning and sound which is the focus point of couplet. Therefore this syntactic stucture has a very important role of shaping of sound, word and meaning order. In this study; within the scope of divans, forming of structural elements provided by the repetition of “attribution vav”, its effect on the word and meaning order and its role in providing rhythm will be examined.
