Relationship of Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Mediation of Psychological Empowerment

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose was to investigate therelationship between servant leadership andteachers' organizational citizenship behavior withmediating role of psychological empowerment.Research Methods: This study was an applied andcorrelation research method based on structuralequation modeling. 281 teachers of Zahedan citywere studied by stratified random sampling method.To collect information, three questionnaires wereused: servant leadership (Gholipur et al., 2009),organizational citizenship behavior (Podsakoff &MacKenzie, 1990) and psychological empowerment(Spreitzer, 1995).
