YAN METİN OLARAK FİLM GRAFİKLERİ VE “LE PETIT NICOLAS’ FİLMİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Özet
İzleyicileri filmlere hazırlayan, yaklaştıran, bir nevi izleyiciler ve filmler arasında arabulucu işlevi gören film grafiklerini tasarım ve sinema arakesitinde melez bir çalışma alanı olarak konumlandırmak mümkündür. Film grafiklerinin yan metinler olarak ele alındığı bu çalışmada yan metin çeşitlemeleri gözler önüne serilerek, metin ötesi bilginin oynadığı rol, yan metin bilgisinin taşıyıcı ortamları film grafikleri üzerinden sorgulanmış olup beraberinde ise René Goscinny tarafından yaratılan ve Jean-Jacques Sempé tarafından resmedilen Le petit Nicolas çizgi romanının sinemaya uyarlanan filminin, film grafikleri üzerine bir inceleme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu incelemede, Le petit Nicolas filmini izleyiciye sunan ve alımlama esnasında rehberlik eden görsel-işitsel özdüşünümsel yan metin ögeleri olan filmin grafiklerinin detaylı bir şekilde analizi yapılmıştır. Betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak film grafiklerinin yan metinler olarak ele alındığı bu çalışmada filmlerin çevresinde ve çeperinde yer alan ögelerin aydınlatılması amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
A lot has changed in digital font technology, which has emerged visibly since the desktop publishing revolution of the 1985s. As John Hudson noted, the TrueType processor of the last Windows 10 version has been updated for variable fonts thanks to support for OpenType Font Variations. However, this does not apply to all fonts. Ultimately, OpenType Variable Fonts now offer different possibilities in digital typography as the next generation fonts available to users. But it is a fundamental problem that the properties of OpenType Variable Fonts are not yet known enough. For this reason, the aim of the article is to briefly explain the stages that OpenType Variable Font technology has reached from the last quarter of the 20th century to the present, and to determine the general features of variable font technology. Qualitative research method will be used in article writing. The expected results with this article are to examine and evaluate the possible contributions of the specified fonts that offer variability to typographic design.
