Özet
Üre döngüsünde görevli altı enzimden biri olan arjininosüksinat liyaz eksikliği sonucu ortaya çıkan arjininosüksinik asidemide üriner sistem taş hastalığı şimdiye kadar bildirilmemiştir. Yazarlar ender görülen bu hastalıkta taş oluşumunu tartışmaktadır.
Abstract
Introduction: Argininosuccinic aciduria developes due to the deficiency of one of the six enzymes, argininosuccinate lyase, required at urea cycle. Urolithiasis has not already been reported in argininosuccinic aciduria. The authors describe and discuss the first case of urolithiasis in this rare disorder.
