Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı çağın gereksinimlerine ve sektöre cevap verebilecek düzeye erişmesi açısından mesleki ve teknik lise halı desinatörlüğü dalına yönelik mesleki yeterliklerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu yeterlikler mesleki bilgi, mesleki beceri ve tutum ve değerler olarak belirlenmiştir. Mesleki ve teknik lise halı desinatörlüğü dalına yönelik mesleki yeterlilikler DACUM tekniği ile belirlenmiştir. DACUM tekniğinin kurallarına uygun olarak halı sektöründe en az 6 yıllık tecrübesi olan, halen halı işletmesinde çalışan ve alanına ilgili, gerekli becerilere sahip desen müdürleri, desen şefleri, halı desinatörleri, halı desen tasarım müdürleri ve ARGE çalışanlarından ve küçük, orta ve büyük halı firmalarında çalışan 12 kişiden ölçüt örnekleme uygun olarak seçilmiştir. Ayrıca halı desinatörlüğü mesleğinin mesleki bilgi, beceri, tutum ve değerlerinin önem derecesini belirlemeye yönelik yeterliliklerin yer aldığı anket formu hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, Texcelle kullanımı ana yeterliliğinin en çok mesleki beceriye sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Texcelle ana yeterliliğinden sonra sırasıyla en çok mesleki beceriye sahip olan ana yeterlikler; PSP, Photoshop ve temel sanat eğitimidir. Katılımcılara göre halı desinatörlüğü mesleğinin temeli Texcelle programı olmakla birlikte bunun yanı sıra PSP programı da önemli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Texcelle ve PSP programlarının yeterli derecede uygulama yapabilecek seviyede öğrenilmesinden sonra ilave olarak photoshop, Adobe illustrator ve Corel draw programlarının da öğrenilmesi gerekmektedir.

Abstract

This study is to determine the vocational qualifications for vocational and technical high school carpet couture branch in terms of reaching the requirements of the target age and the level that the sector can respond to. These qualifications are addressed and identified as vocational knowledge, professional skills and attitudes and values. Professional qualifications for vocational and technical high school carpet couture are determined by DACUM method. Design managers, pattern designers, carpet designers, carpet pattern design managers and ARGE employees who have at least 6 years of experience in the carpet business and who are in the field of carpet management and who are skilled in the field and who have the necessary skills and who work in small, medium and large carpet companies in accordance with the rules of the DACUM technique 12 individual criterion samples were selected as appropriate. The main competence of using Texcelle seems to have the most professional skills. Main competences with the most professional skills, respectively, after Texcelle master qualification; PSP, Photoshop and basic art education. A questionnaire has been prepared which includes competences to determine the importance of occupational knowledge, skills, attitudes and values of the carpet couture profession. As a result of the research, along with being a Texcelle program based on the carpet couture profession, the PSP program is also important. Extra photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel draw programs have to be learned after Texcelle and psp programs are learned at a level enough to practice.
