Özet

Araştırmanın amacı, tesis yönetiminde YZ destekli karar sistemleri kullanımının karar kalitesi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek; bu ilişkide veriye dayalı yönetim kültürünün aracılık, dijital okuryazarlık ile üst yönetim desteğinin ise düzenleyici rollerini incelemektir. Veriler, Temmuz–Ağustos 2025 döneminde İstanbul’da tesis yönetimi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerde görev yapan ve YZ destekli karar sistemlerini kullanan veya bu sistemlerle etkileşim içinde bulunan 241 beyaz yakalı çalışandan seçkili ve kartopu örnekleme yöntemleriyle çevrim içi anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Bulgular, YZ destekli karar sistemleri kullanımının veriye dayalı yönetim kültürünü ve karar kalitesini pozitif yönde etkilediğini; veriye dayalı yönetim kültürünün karar kalitesini anlamlı düzeyde artırarak bu ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü üstlendiğini göstermiştir. Buna karşılık dijital okuryazarlık ve üst yönetim desteğinin düzenleyici etkileri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Sonuç olarak, YZ destekli karar sistemlerinin karar kalitesi üzerindeki etkisinin veriye dayalı yönetim kültürüyle güçlendiği belirlenmiştir. Bulgular, tesis yönetiminde yüksek karar kalitesine ulaşılabilmesi için YZ destekli karar sistemlerinin veriye dayalı yönetim kültürüyle bütünleşik biçimde uygulanmasının önemini ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of artificial intelligence (AI)-supported decision-making systems on decision quality in facility management and to examine the mediating role of a data-driven management culture, as well as the moderating roles of digital literacy and top management support in this relationship. The data were collected through an online survey from 241 white-collar employees working in facility management companies in Istanbul between July and August 2025 who either used AI-supported decision-making systems or interacted directly with these systems. Participants were selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods. The findings indicate that the use of AI-supported decision-making systems positively affects both data-driven management culture and decision quality. Furthermore, a data-driven management culture significantly enhances decision quality and partially mediates the relationship between AI-supported decision-making systems and decision quality. In contrast, the moderating effects of digital literacy and top management support were not found to be statistically significant. Overall, the results demonstrate that the positive effect of AI-supported decision-making systems on decision quality is strengthened through a data-driven management culture. The findings highlight the importance of integrating AI-supported decision-making systems with a data-driven management culture to achieve higher decision quality in facility management.
