Özet

Meme Kanserinde Kemik Metastaz Sıklığı Ve Kemik Sintigrafisinin Yeri Çukurova Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Radyasyon Onkolojisi anabilîm dalında temmuz 1990-aralık 1995 tarihleri arasında postoperatif elektif radyoterapi uygulanan 231 meme kanser olgusu, kemik metastazı açısından retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Çalışma grubumuzdaki olgular median 32 ay takip edildi. Takip sûresi içerisinde olguların %14.3'ünde kemik metastazı meydana geldi. T3-T4, aksiller lenf nodu 4'ün üzerinde pozitif, grade II ve evre ll-lll olgu gruplarında kemik metastaz sıklığı artışı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu. Hastaların takibinde kemik sintigrafisinin değerini tartıştık.

Abstract

231 breast cancer cases who have been given radiotherapy have been analyzed retrospectively for bone metastasis between July 1990 and December 1995 at the ÇukurovaUniversity, Medical faculty, Department of Radiation Oncology. They have been followed by median 32 months. During the follow up, bone métastases developed at an incidence of 14.3%. The incidence of bone metastasis was found to be increased statistically in the group of T3-T4, stage ll-lll, grade II and in those which had more than 4 positive axillary lymph nodes. We discussed the value of bone scanning on the follow up patients.
