Prediction of Elementary School Students' Career Decision Making Difficulties by Their Parental Attitudes and Guidance Needs

İlköğretim Öğrencilerinin Anne Baba Tutumları ve Rehberlik İhtiyaçlarının Mesleki Karar Verme Zorluklarını Yordaması

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the parental attitudes and guidance needs are the important signs or not of the career decision making difficulties of elementary school students. The study group of the research consists of 574 8 th grade students attending to the elementary school. In order to analyze the data of the research Pearson’s moments correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis techniques have been used. The personal/social guidance and educational guidance needs of the elementary school students have been found to be important signs of carreer decision making difficulties.

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim öğrencilerinin algılanan anne baba tutumları ile rehberlik ihtiyaçlarının mesleki karar verme zorluklarını ölçmek, yordayıp yordamadığını belirlemektir. Araştırma sürümü 574 ilköğretim sekizinci sınıf öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Pearson momentler'in inceleme veriinin çözümlenmesinde çarpım korelasyonu katsayısı ve stepwise regresyonu. İlköğretim öğrencilerinin kişisel rehberlik ihtiyacı ve eğitsel rehberlik ihtiyaçcı mesleki karar verme zorluklarının önemli bir yordayıcısı olarak bulunmuştur
