Abstract
In this study, the historical development of training strategies of school principals, the training program of school principals, the current situation of training strategies of school principals, the recent problems of training strategies of school principals, possible problems of training strategies of school principals in the future have been dealt with and some suggestions are made on this subject.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye\'de okul yöneticisi yetiştirme uygulamalarının tarihî gelişimi, okul yöneticisi yetiştirme programı, okul yöneticilerini yetiştirme uygulamalarının varolan durumu, bugünkü sorunları ve olası gelişmeler literatüre dayalı olarak ele alındı. Türkiye\'de okul yöneticisi seçme, yetiştirme ve atama sistemine ilişkin öneriler ileri sürüldü.
